Apeloa Pharmaceutical and Zhejiang SUPCON Technology have signed a strategic partnership agreement to forge ahead together in the development of smart manufacturing capabilities.

The signing ceremony was attended by SUPCON Group founder Chu Jian, Chairman and President of Hengdian Group Xu Yong’an, and Director and Senior Vice President of Hengdian Group Xu Wencai.

Hengdian’s partnership with SUPCON Technology, which provides automation and information technology, products and solutions, aims to focus primarily on strategic sourcing, innovation application and capital cooperation. Apeloa hopes the alliance will help to strengthen its industry position in the new era of “smart” manufacturing.

At the signing event, Chu Jian applauded Hengdian Group for its grand vision and shared SUPCON’s plans for low carbon development.

By building “lower cost, higher profit margin and safer” ecosystems, he said, SUPCON is able to develop comprehensive 5T technology that helps manufacturing industries increase competitiveness.

On the day of signing, Hengdian Group representatives also visited SUPCON Technology Experience Center to learn about SUPCON Technology’s process automation control systems and the developmental history of its technology.

Chu Jian expressed his hopes for greater cooperation with Hengdian Group in areas beyond pharmaceutical and healthcare.

Xu Yong’an praised Chu’s start up for paving a way for intellectuals to contribute to the growth of Chinese industries, noting that the two companies have the shared values of innovation and creativity.

He hoped that in the future, the two companies would engage in wider and deeper exchange on aspects of strategy, technology, and business operations, build a framework for stronger communication and liaisons, and seek further opportunities for cooperation.

Xu Yong’an emphasized Hengdian Group’s deep commitment to Hengdian and efforts for regional development to improve the lives of people living there.
