Pursuing Dreams and Embracing the Sunlight

In December 2017, I completed my doctoral studies and bid farewell to my life as a graduate student. Transitioning from campus life to the professional world, my passion for materials chemistry remained unwavering. In 2018, driven by my love for the field of chemical materials, I joined the big family of Zhejiang Xinna Material Science Technology Co., Ltd.

Confronted with the unknowns of this niche field, I delved deep into the front lines, humbly learning from experienced colleagues, actively collecting experimental data, and continuously enriching my knowledge in the preparation and application of silicon dioxide products. With the trust and support of company leaders and colleagues, I gradually became involved in the company's research and development efforts. Through countless experiments and the collective determination of our team, we overcame challenges and successfully completed new product development and technical improvements, laying a solid foundation for optimizing the company's product portfolio. A positive work atmosphere and a well-established platform for new product and technology development quickly established me as an expert in the field of precipitated silica preparation technology. Once I had acquired knowledge and expertise, I also actively engaged in mentoring, hoping to contribute to the collective growth.

From being a newcomer in the workplace to leading an independent technical team, Xinna Technology provided me with a stage to showcase my abilities. Over the years at the company, what left the deepest impression on me was the company's core principle of "putting talent first." They customized individual development paths for talents and built a comprehensive training system to ensure that talents could thrive and find fulfillment. The company not only provided a solid support system for our project research and development but also offered numerous opportunities for research exchanges with renowned universities. Through interactions with industry experts, we broadened our horizons, expanded our perspectives, and enhanced our skills.

Looking back on my journey in the company, witnessing my growth at every step, I feel even more confident in my initial decision. I am convinced that high-caliber individuals who engage in frontline work within enterprises can leverage their professional expertise and have ample space to excel. As I continue to pursue my dreams and embrace the sunlight, I will strive to realize my own value on the grand stage of Hengdian Group.
