Stay True to the Original Aspiration and Live to the Fullest

In the blink of an eye, twenty years have gone by, and I have also grown from a young lad knowing little to now a versatile technician and manager in lockstep with the progressive growth of Hengdian Group, witnessing how the Group has been attaching great importance to talent fostering and how it has set up a big stage for young people with talent.

In 2002, I graduated from the university with a degree in mechatronics, and was starved of a job that could match my major. So I came to Hengdian and joined Hengdian Group's Innuovo Technology Co., Ltd. as a technical apprentice. I started working in the manufacturing shop and learning how to draw sketches and how to calculate various parameters, embarking on a career in electric motor research and design. 

In 2005, Innuovo struck a partnership with the Shanghai University, and I was lucky to attend the closed training on motor technology at the Shanghai University, where I got myself clued up on how to use Fortran to calculate the magnetic circuit performance of electric motor, a skill well prepared me for my future career in motor design, and got acquainted with a host of accomplished experts and professors who helped me expand my horizons. 

In 2011, Innuovo once again recommended me to further study at the Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University, where I gained a deeper understanding of theories related to the electromagnetic fields of electric motors under the expert guidance of professors and on the strength of my years' hands-on experience. In the wake of Innuovo's push into the niche markets of electric motors, my team and I became increasingly proficient in delivering transcendent technical solutions to our top international clients.

Our company has not only provided a string of opportunities for technicians to perfect their professional skills, but also chances for us to thrive in an all-round way. For example, every year Innuovo finances outstanding technicians to attend international academic/industrial exchanges or mutual visits with clients, and provides targeted training on cross-functional collaboration, marketing, management and other aspects based on our personal strengths, so as to enhance the comprehensive capabilities of technicians. 

Upholding a human-centric approach, Innuovo creates personalized development pathways and opens up a bounty of opportunities for enhancing employees' capabilities. Taking me as an example, I have successively served as the Director of Business Department, Director of Engineering Technology Center and Director of R&D Center. Aside from technical gains, these positions have helped me build up corporate management, team management and collaboration capabilities. Recently, I also have the honor to attend a one-and-a-half-year-long advanced training program on intelligent manufacturing jointly launched by Hengdian Group and the School of Management, Zhejiang University. The systematic study in the forthcoming year, to be sure, will help me develop a clear vision of future developments, through which I could envisage the prospects of motor technologies in the era of intelligent manufacturing, lay down a proper technical strategy to be pursued by the company and put the same into practice.

Looking back on the past two decades, thanks to the support and help of Hengdian Group, I have been able to polish my technical competence and management ability. Staying true to my original aspiration and living to the fullest, I will work tirelessly to create more value on the stage set up by Hengdian Group and devote myself to the prosperous development of Hengdian Group.
