Devoted to Magnetics Research at Hengdian

During my postgraduate studies, I focused on magnetic materials. Thus, after graduating from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2010, I left my hometown in Hubei and joined Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics Co., Ltd. (DMEGC) in Hengdian, the “magnetic capital of the world”.

Thanks to the company's broad scientific research and innovation platform and innovation mechanism, my technical skills has been rapidly upgraded over the past years. Growing from a fresh graduate with little practical experience, now I am able to lead several teams to conduct research on key projects in the fields of permanent magnetic materials, soft magnetic materials and electronic devices, and have successfully facilitated the industrialization of several projects. In addition, with the essential support of the company, I was selected as one of the leading high-level talents of scientific technology and innovation of Zhejiang Province “Ten-thousand Talents Program” in 2019. This is not only an acknowledgement of my previous contribution, but also a driving force for me to make further progress.

What impressed me most during my years in DMEGC are the various talent training plans and programs provided by the company, which help create a sound working environment for employees. In terms of life, the company offers talent apartments to us and assists us to apply for various subsidies offered by Zhejiang Province and Dongyang City; in the aspect of work, the company has established a dedicated research team for us to carry out various projects. In addition, plenty of opportunities are provided for employees to have scientific exchanges with well-known domestic and international institutions. During these years, I went abroad many times and had academic exchanges with professors and experts from famous universities such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Alabama, the Technische Universität Darmstadt, etc. I also participated in many scientific and technological exchanges between DMEGC and the Zhejiang University, the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology & Engineering, the Xi'an Jiaotong University and other domestic universities, and established profound friendship with experts and professors from various research institutes.

I believe that in the conducive working environment created by the company, I will reap more in the fields of magnetic materials and devices in the future.
