After graduating from Zhejiang University of Technology, the first job I found was in Zhejiang Hengdian Apeloa Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. This year marks my ninth year in the company. Over the past nine years, I have grown from an innocent college student to a team leader leading a team with dozens of members and achieving a sales volume of over RMB one billion, which is highly owed to the company’s support.

As a manager, I have interviewed many fresh graduates, who to some extent are just like me in the year of graduation. The company not only provides the young people with a plenty of opportunities to show their talents, but also inspires them to fast adapt to and get engaged in the career.

The company values young people's ideas and believes in their capability of creation. With the trust and support of the company, I was appointed as the department manager in 2017 at the age of 26. I was aware that the company represented the Hengdian Group in the international market. Determined to live up to the expectation of the company, I made constant efforts after my appointment. The export sales of the company stood at over 100 million US dollars in the second year and surged to over 150 million US dollars in the third year, ranking high in the industry.

Opportunities only favor those who get prepared and keep learning. I have witnessed the changes brought by our corporate culture at the company. Learning from the routine jobs, everyone here has become more experienced and poised to deal with both domestic suppliers and foreign clients. On occasions such as international exhibitions and business receptions, our professionalism is often applauded by our clients.

In addition to providing employees with meticulous care, the company is also committed to developing our social responsibilities. When the COVID-19 pandemic started to rage across the world, we immediately sent epidemic prevention supplies to our clients, showing our sympathy and support in such a tough time. More importantly, thanks to our expertise and persistence, Apeloa has also contributed to the R&D and production of medicines to treat COVID-19.
