Zhejiang Hengdian Film Industrial Park Service Co., Ltd. also known as the Hengdian Group Film and Television Cultural Industry Service Center, was established in 2012. It is a service platform specially established by Hengdian Group to fully ensure the development of the film and television cultural industry, undertakes to understand industry trends, study national policies, and promote the Hengdian film and television cultural industry. Develop, promote the prosperity and progress of the national film and television industry, and provide industrial and commercial registration, tax payment, policy interpretation and other service functions for enterprises entering the area. It has attracted more than 1,400 film and television enterprises.

With the strong support of the government, the service center and the Park Management Committee have jointly built an industrial service platform such as the Film Censorship Center, TV Series Review Workstation, Hengdian Film and Television Cultural Industry Innovation Service Complex, HengdianFilm and Television Committee Room, Hengdian Film and Television Industry Association, and Chinese Film Director Hengdian Venture Center, introducing Tencent Hengdian Maker Spaces and opened a development window for "Internet + film and television". Every effort is being made to promote Hengdian as the world's strongest film and television industry base, a gathering center, incubator center, trading center, talent center and experience center of the national film and television cultural industry.
